DEADLY PROCRASTINATIONS!!! (and how to stop them X)

Everyone looking at this post must be a victim of the deadly procrastination. You know you’ve done it, everyone does it. It is nothing to be guilty of, it is just something we do to stall the work that HAS to be done. However, once you start it is like a drug, it gets addictive and you end up doing it all the time!

So here are some tips to prevent the deadly procrastinations:

-Don’t take a nap before you do something! (Taking naps gives you energy, but it makes you lazy, TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!!!

-Don’t turn on music, you end up going on youtube finding more songs to put on mp3 or fiddle with the playlist on what song to listen to!

-Don’t close the door of your room if you have a small room, it makes your room hotter (even in winter), then you get stuffy and dizzy.

-Don’t go to work on an empty stomach, you end up unconsciously raiding your fridge. (HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY, i ended up having a feast)

-Don’t work in a cluttered environment. (I did that last week; I ended up cleaning my whole room before i started on my essay)

-Don’t have study sessions or “study parties”. (it never works; you can never make work “fun”)

-Don’t have people over. ( you end up talking about what fabric softener is better; like me)

-Don’t give yourself a stupid excuse to not do the work like “I can always do it tomorrow”. (Just imagine you’ll die next week; that might help a bit)

What TO DO to prevent the deadly procrastinations and how to stop them when you need to stop them the most:

-Do make sure you have everything you need to complete your task (One time i ran up and down the stairs at least 45 times before i was ready to start)

-Do put some light snack and refreshments on the side. Don’t overload the table; this isn’t a Thanksgiving dinner you know.

-Do have the workplace to be organized beforehand, if it is very cluttered, just throw it all on the floor and clean it later. (I do it all the time =)

-Do write down everything you need to do if it is a long task to prevent lost memories on what to do.

-Lastly, DO IT, DON’T MAKE ME HARASS YOU TO GET IT DONE!

Oh right, check for updates on this. You may never know i may add more tips because I always discover a new way to procrastinate =D

ASIAN DRAMA CRITQUE: THE MYTH 2010

Searching more dramas to watch,I came across a drama called “The Myth”. Now actually, I didn’t know there would be drama coming out based on the famous film with Jackie Chan in it! It just so happen that this time Jackie Chan was the producer along the director who filmed with him before, Stanley Tong!

I have to say, based on the many dramas I’ve watch like Princess Returning Pearl, Virtues of Harmony, Moonlight or Resonance, Dae Jang Geum (AKA Jewel in the Palace), The Myth is definitely something to think about watching!

In this drama, Hu Ge plays a playboy who like to take the easy way out in life, but when he comes across an ancient box, he travels back in time to the Qin Dynasty era. As he goes through obstacles to find his way back home, he becomes a legendary hero. While he is in the Qin Dynasty era, his girlfriend and family goes through obstacles  to open the box that took him back in time as well as try to avoid the robber who are going after them for the box. Piece by piece the story reveals hidden secrets which will unfold the story.

L8TE Sleeps, EARLY DEATH?!?!

It has been said on the newspaper that ppl tend 2 live longer when they get the right amounts of hour of rest. (sleep) Ya, i am SUCH a l8te sleeper! Yesterday night i slept at 12:00 am, (considered early since i usually sleep at 1-2 am) I tried EXTREMELY hard 2 sleep and i tossed and turned 4 like 2 hrs and ended up sleeping at 2:30 am!!!! O_O i know right!!!! EVEN WHEN I TRY, I CAN’T SLEEP EARLY!!! Therefore i regret ever starting summer vacay sleeping l8te, now i can’t get rid of the habit!!! Did i mention i caught sleeping in class? ( i put a book up pretending i was reading, and i got caught (T_T) I might sound like a rebel, but i do NOT pull all-nighters!!! (unless its 4 skool, that’s different =)

First Day getting crushed by a CRUSH?!?!?!

You’d  probably think that i would b excited 4 skool rite? But wasn’=(  i was sooooooo disapointed that my friends weren’t in the same class as me!! I was like freakin’ out cuz one term, i was l8te 4 almost every class on the first day of skool, and everyone got 2 choose where they wanted 2 sit (this was 4 science class). And since i waz l8te….. i had 2 sit beside this guy….. and behind me was another guy, in front is a guy….. ya well, basically i was surround by guys!!! O_O sum ppl might lke that, but i am shy girl!!! i get freaked out easily meeting new ppl, but sumtimes i tell myself 2 be brave and get 2 knoe ppl. Well anywayz, the guy i sat next 2 ended up 2 b the 1st person i’ve like since highschool!!!! <3  (Man i sound like an idiot say this, but none of u guys know me so who cares =) Everytime in science class i could never look at him directly cuz i was waaaaaay 2 scared 2 see him looking bck at me. There fore, i tend 2 4get his face in my mind (wierd huh?) However, after 2day (irst day of skool) i realised i am in one of the same classes as him!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEE! i was like SHAKING wen i found out!!!! So i guess this year might not b so bad. (found out i did have sum friendz in my classes) I AM looking 4ward 2 another skool yr!!!

SKool startz once again….

Holy crap, i didn’t get 2 watch alot of dramaz and yes, ima asian drama watching kinda type person, so dramas keep ME alive! So now that the skool is starting, i am totally pissed!

Well i thought boutit 4 a while… WHAT DO U NEED 4 SKOOL?!?!

• BIG FAT pencil case to keep lots of pencils in case the go missing (trust me, they DO go missing, i mean its like they got legs!!!! O_O)
• GOOD erasers!!!! <—- this is a must!!! Coming from a person who puts alot of pressure on her pencil, u need erasers that erases like theres no tmr!!! (dun get the cheap pink ones, they suck =P)
• Line paper <—– This one is like oxygen, YOU NEED IT!
• Ruler<———- for math i guess…….. but u can use it as scissors as well!
• Binders if u are in middle skool or high skool this, is a MUST have!
• Mechanical AND Normal Pencils AND pen!!! <—– if u have picky english teachers, they sumtimes speciffically want u to write with a certain tool!

Ya, u might think, o ya these things are obvious!!! But WHAT do U NOT NEED?!?!?:

• Makeup<—– girlz plz, is this REALLY necessary?!?!?!?
• Mirror<—- ok i shud have put this in the NEED section!!!
• XBOX<—- ya, sum guy brought this 2 skool 4 sum random reason and ended up giving it 2 the skool as a gift…. WIERD
• LOTION <—— unless u have sum medical reason….dun need it!
• AXE<—- wen i mean axe, i mean the guys perfume things, like sum ppl ARE allergic!!! (like MOI)
• Sets of clothes <—- man my friend had that and she ended up taking 2 hrs after skool 2 clean her locker out at the end of the yr!!! Hmmm bright idea? dun think so =D

This guide will probably keep ur locker organised and clean! Hey if gurlz out there got sum asian dramas 2 recommend, feel free 2 cuz i am running out of things 2 watch!!!

Asian Drama: Trick 1/2/3

So i am watching this Japanese drama named “Trick” and there are 3 series!!! At first i thought i would be kind of a scary type drama with suspense because there was a a skull with a black blurry background, but the tags were comedy, suspense and mystery. I ended up actually loving this drama!!!!! It talks about a  Physics Professor named “Ueda Jiro”(whom does not believe in ghost and the supernatural) always bothers a somewhat skilled magician named “Yamada Naoko“. These two are halarious when they work together to solve cases that involves the tricks and the supernatural world!

Starting Up…

I guess i will talk bit bout me . i am the type of person, who finds it very empty at her house. I have a really close friend whom i have know since Gr.1 whom i will refer 2 as “haydup”. I luv 2 listen 2 music, 2 sit around and diddle daddle, i hate tight pants (eww), and at night i cry myself to sleep 2 get the unhappy stuff away, i am a person who will just sleep and feel like a a reborn person, i luv shoes and i luv 2 try heels that break your toes, i hate ppl that thinks so highly of themselves, i luuuuv 2 watch asian dramas, i can’t read asian stuff but  i am asian!
